I went to a lunch time show (12:00). And it was PACKED. So I went back for the 12:30 show thinking it would be a little deader. It was even worse. LOL.

My theater was packed and the rest of the shows were sold out. They're showing Superman Returns on three screens.

It was full for me, but I'm in the Philippines I watched a first screening show in the morning, so was surprised it still was full, considering it was a work day.

There were even people standing in the theater, cause here, they let people in even if it's already packed, and you get to see the movie over and over again, you don't have to leave the theater when the movie's done.

I was at a 10 p.m. IMAX 3D Tuesday night and it was packed. Good audience. There was a lot of clapping; most notably when the Williams theme hit, when Superman set the shuttle down, the end of the film and the tribute to Chris and Dana.

My theater wasn't sardine packed, but there was a good sizeable crowd, and judging by the massive crowd in the lobby, the other theaters had a good sized audience too, and this is in the middle of the week yet, we still have the whole weekend to go through.

I saw the 10pm showing on Tuesday night, and the theatre had 4 screens up. And they were all packed.

About 2/3 full......at 6:30 PM. The 10 O'clock show had a line 45 mins before showtime.....

I had a funny crowd. Quiet during the beginnging, even the Williams theme, they laughed during the jokes.......when the credits rolled up, a nice applause.

By the end, it seemed like SR had won them over. It was pretty cool....Some little like 11 year old girls behind me started crying during an 'emotional' scene in the hospital. I almost started to laugh....hehe

I went to the 4PM showing at the Block in Orange County and it was not packed as I wanted it to be. It was kinda empty. Maybe 1/5 of it used or even less.

Maybe due to it being the weekday during the day, it wasn't as packed but who knows. I hope it picks up during the weekend.

Wow, its amazing. I make a thread about the quality of the theater because I needed that info, yet it is merged into another thread where it flounders. Not saying your thread is bad, but why the hell do they merge or delete certain threads and outright ignore other ones.

It's not right. I'm getting sick of this.
