The Jan. 12 involves "friends with benefits" for a certain former couple.

Lifetime wanted a show that would skew younger than its typical audience. I remember reading that at the time of bidding. I know the Comedy Channel was really trying hard to get it too.

Comedy Central? yeah, that would seem like a more likely choice.

That would have been my preference. But the deal made it a guarantee that the show will last at least five years. There won't be any "will it get picked up" drama after this season. The improved ratings help, as well.

I literally love this show. Plus I love that you can find all kinds of easter eggs on the web, I've been reading Barney's blog, the Mosby jerk website debates, and all kinds of other fun stuff and it is a major bonus (Major Bonus!) for fans. As I finish season 3 on DVD I don't even mind the laugh track any more. This show is just so damn funny.

Still one question is bothering me. Do you guys think Ted rode the tricycle?

I'm glad its on lifetime, now i can watdh the stuff i've missed.

I wanna get the season, but are short on money. Even know FYE/Suncoast is having them on sale for 19.99 apiece.

Absolutely.

Have you seen all of the episodes yet?

They were $14.99 on Amazon very recently. You can still get the first three seasons there for a total of $44.99 ... for now.

I still haven't seen the early season 4 episodes. My first episode was the one with the Woo girls.

Intervention is classic How I Met Your Mother. It should come around on repeats before too long.

The price will go back up, I'm sure. Supernatural seasons 1 and 2 were $20 on Amazon but now they're back up to around $38. :csad:

I know. If someone wants the the show on DVD and has $45, now is the time to pounce.

So, does anyone else really hope there turns out to be a third Robin Sparkles song? It seems to me that Sandcastles in the Sand killed her career...but she had to at least try a come back song.

I would be shocked if there wasn't another one.

That video cracks me up. Especially the cameo by her robot "side-kick." The robot is awesome.
