Well the action is dying down around here, I didn't see any Jokers either. Looks like I should have been a little more conservative with my poll options. Not very many people came to my house though, probably because we don't have a sidewalk leading up to the front door and the front door doesn't face the road, you just have to walk up the driveway. People don't like doing that for some reason.

ShadowBat you'll be happy to know I have not been surrounded and attacked by a brainwashed cult... YET! But I did have one scare a little while ago, I answered the door and there was like 8 people standing there. Luckily they went away when I gave them candy. I had my camera ready though!

i saw a guy as Jack Nicholson Joker. Purple fedora, cane, the whole sha-bang. Very cool.

No Jokers or Batmen in West Chicago burbs. Everyone loved my Joker getup! :)

Hah to the naysayers saying Joker will be played out this Halloween. :P

Good to hear.

But the night isnt over yet.:shock

I saw one Joker walking down the street in broad daylight.. it was around 3:00 and the middle school I drove by had just ended.

Although I did see the coolest costume ever.
This little kid wore a white power ranger costume.
Best.Design.Ever.

Had two Jokers, one was an older kid around 12-13, costume was okay. Then there was a kid all of 6 that came up wearing a Joker costume (more comic book style than Heath) that got his dad to take a picture of me wearing my Crowker mask with him. That was pretty cute.

Well I made it through the night without incident, but tomorrow is the Catholic Holiday of All Souls Day (aka Day of the Dead) and I live right across the street from a Catholic Church so I'm not out of the woods yet :ninja:

I didn't see any on my way into town, and my parents slapped a "please dont knock we have no candy" sign on our door, so they didn't see any either.

My friend was ToTing all evening and she said she didn't see any either.

Ah, last night at the mall for their indoor trick-or-treat, there were....2 and half jokers. One only had make-up on, so he's like half of one or something....And the other two were a couple, she had the nurses costume on, and he had the suit on. I talked to the guy with make-up, told him about what he could do, asked him how he did his stuff, etc. But when I introduced myself to the couple, wow, they were stuck up. They were some of the least friendliest people I've ever seen I think. When I asked them about their stuff, all the would tell me was "The internet.". Weirdo's.....At least I was having fun while in costume. It strikes me odd that they'd put those together, come to T-O-T, stay for 30 mins., not be friendly to anyone, not be cheerfull to the kids, and then leave. Considering the event was for 3 hours....

Oh well...I got compliments on how nice my costume was either way, and even some comments on how more approachble I was than the others. :hehe:

no jokers, 2 tiny batmen, heh. I was harley,....I opened the door and contemplated hitting them with my sledge, heh. k. ;)

I was at work till 8:30 but I didn't get anyone at my house, maybe its cause of the sign that says I'm a child ma... I mean... not home....

Wow, I saw no Jokers either walking around downtown Chicago. I figured with all the costumes I've seen online that alot of people would dress up, guess I was wrong.

A distant memory pops into my head.
My mom told me she saw several Jokers out partying about a month ago, a group of about three of them. One of them puked over a wall, so I'm told. XD

I wonder if they were out on Halloween also.

It was realy a group of Beetlejuice's.... :hehe::oldrazz::cwink:

Not one Joker knocked at the door all night, my mum said.

Disgraceful.

suprisingly, there was only one kid i seen dressed as Joker

Only Joker I saw was my 16yr old nephew. I did his makeup and it was pretty damn good for my first time ever. I got the crappiest pics in the world, i'll try and get em up tomorrow.

i saw a lot more star wars costumes

I just saw a lot of kids wearing bed sheets with eye holes cut out and kids wearing sports jerseys. Not the most bunch of originality in the town I just moved to I guess.

Ya same here...I think you always get at least one kid with a ski mask and a coat on each year. :whatever: Now...if he had a Henchmen mask on, that would of been a whole diffrent story! :oldrazz:

There was a guy who did Arkham Asylum joker. Prison orange pants, a straight jacket, pony tail and the Heath trademark sloppy clown make-up. It was awesome.

Yea, I saw someone who tried to do that while I was waiting for the train at some subway of houston street in NYC... but he just had some generic clown mask on with a green wig or something uber lame. (Come to think of it, I remember another, somewhat ponchy, kid who was supposed to be the joker in that subway as well, but his costume consisted of just throwing face paint on while wearing some heinous argyle sweater vest and slacks. He had a staring problem for some reason).

I might have had 4-5 trick-or-treaters ... but no Joker's.

Did get one Hulk though.

Kid must have been 8 or 9 years of age. With his Mom (who seems familiar ... hell she might live in the same apt. complex I do for all I know). And to make a long story short, I ended up, in a moment of spontaneity (which is uncommon for me), giving the kid a spare Hulk poster I had rolled up by the entertainment center that I got from FYE for pre-ordering TIH on DVD (I had also pre-ordered the 5th season of the Bixby series, giving me a spare).

Needless to say, the kid was ecstatic. :bh:
