The 10 Most Disappointing Treats for Trick-or-Treaters

I think the oddest thing I ever got in my Halloween goodies one year was a book. A Goosebumps book actually. Lady just dumped it in my bag.

She probably saw you and said, "now there's a kid who needs some edumacation!"

The weirdest (though, in a way best) halloween treat I ever got was when I was giving out candy and not actually trick or treating. Some kids came to the door (not in costume) and gave me a religious tract that told me how I was going to hell.

More on topic, candy corn is the bane of halloween candy. My gf eats it like it's going out of style though.

It depends who's making it. And then there's always the danger of small razor blades and/or poison. :o

I'm pretty sure Snopes proved that has only ever happened once in like the fifties or sixties. That said I still wouldn't eat homemade stuff. You don't know how sanitary people are.

Aww BAMF, you can't have chocolate? That's awful :csad:

Unless it's for health reasons of course.

Actually, most of them were hoaxes that were later found out to be done by the children or parents itself. Interesting enough, the actual "poisoning" cases that were documented were later found out to be done by the parents of the children themselves.

Mary Janes are good, they're just impossible to chew without losing bits of your teeth.

Sometimes you'd think the people forget about buying candy or running out of it, they just look in their cubbards or fridges and take what's there. And sometimes, it's not good.

If you watch Everybody Loves Raymond, you know what I'm talking about. :woot:

My mother loves Mary Janes...when I was little I'd just let her pick them all out of my trick-or-treat bag.

The flavored tootsie rolls are actually good, the vanilla ones are the best. However, Dots, Twix and milky ways are the bestest Halloween treats by far.
