How many times do you plan on seeing TFA in theaters?

I have a Movie Pass, which allows me to see one movie for free every 24 hours (for 30 dollars a month). So I'm probably going to end up seeing this upward of 6 times or so (more than likely).

I think 3 times in 2D

- two times without the german dubbing
- once the german version with friends who cant understand english well enough or dont wanna bother with it..

Movie Pass only allows you to see a film once. :csad:

I'll see it first in a regular theater and then have plans to see it in one of the only 11 theaters in the country showing it on true 70mm at the Air and Space Museum in Downtown DC. Actually, may see it there a bunch of times.

At least 5. Three times during the first week it's out and two more when it comes to the cheap theater. If it comes to the drive in this summer I will probably go there too.

I think 0, since movie tickets are too expensive these days, and I would rather wait for the bluray release in 2016

Just check into a different movie and buy the ticket for the movie you want. I do it all the time and never have an issue. I saw Mad Max about four or five times because of this.

I have tickets for 3 shows already. So probably more than that.

I only plan on seeing it in 2D. Seeing it Thursday 17th for sure 8:30. Then I also took off Friday so maybe try then if not that weekend probably. Hopefully see it at least 2 times opening weekend.

Two of mine are IMAX 3D so far. Third show is regular 2D, I'm taking my nephew and he's not a fan of the 3D.

One viewing on the 17th, I think when I go to the theater on Friday to see Carol I'll be getting a ticket for an IMAX screening the following week as well. So at least twice there. And I know that won't be the last.

Yeah I'm aiming for 2 viewings opening weekend but there will certainly be more viewings after that.

IMAX I am gonna try to for one of them cause for the 17th it was sold out.

My record for a film in theaters is 9 times, with "Pride and Prejudice". If I truly like it, I will go for 10.

First time on Wed midnight, well technically very early Thurs morning :woot:

There's early showings starting at 9:30am on the Thurs so I might go home after my first viewing, sleep for a bit and wake up to go to that one too.

Overall, I'll probably see it 5 or 6 times. Maybe.

my theater record is Little Mermaid. I stopped counting after 10, but I probably saw that movie around 15 times in the theaters. plus many more viewings at home on VHS.

however, my days of seeing a film multiple times in the theaters are long gone.

so, I will only see TFA once in theaters.

not sure if I'll be able to see it opening day or opening weekend either. but if I can't make it opening weekend, then I'm aiming to see it on Christmas Eve or Christmas day.

Probably five times. Unless it's really good. In which case I might bump it up to 82.

I'm seeing it twice that Sunday and have plans for at least one more after that.

Anything beyond 3, we'll see.

2-3, probably.

I don't want to get bored with it.

I limit myself to two times max in theatres, because I don't want the "specialness" to wear off too quickly. But we'll see. :D

Oh, I imagine it'll be at least 2 times. First with my dad (huge Star Wars fan) and second with my friends. If the movie is really really really good, then I'll probably go see it more.

Twice, one more than I want to, but a friend has no one to go with and can't go to the premiere.

Money is tight, I'd rather not spend 12 dollars on a movie I've already seen, regardless of how much I like kt
