How many times you brush your teeth?

Nono, I get it. It's just so easy to do permanent damage to your gums brushing that much- be super careful about brushing too hard. Brushing really its traumatic to your gums and they can be fragile. If your gums recede too much your teeth will fall out no matter how good they are. :o

The best thing you can do is see your dentist regularly because they can nip a problem in the bud that you might not even know about. (Like the gums) So if you're brushing that much and your dentist doesn't see any problems, more power to ya.

That's one of the things the dentist told me when I was like 12 and has stuck with me ever since, about burshing hard. I try really hard to brush litely, it can be hard, though. It's been about a good year since I've gone to the dentist, it's about time I go get them checked again.

Always full of so much knowledge, Mrs. Barks!

I can't see my last post for some reason...?

I brush when I wake up and before I go to sleep. I floss once a day and use mouthwash regularly. Never had a cavity in my life and don't plan to :)

Always twice for sure - morning and evening. Sometimes three times if I've eaten something funky for dinner or if I'm going out.

I brush when I wake up and before I go to bed. Sometimes I might brush after lunch or if I have a particular nasty taste in my mouth. So 2-3 times, usually.

Twice per day (after breakfast and after dinner) and occasionally after lunch if I ate something that left my teeth feeling fuzzy. I don't floss as often as I ought to, though.
