2 years older actually, she failed out and had to repeat her last semester of highschool,,, if that can't count as an extra year

But she'd still only be a year older because when she got held back she was then in the same grade as Clark and Chloe. Lex then pulled some strings to get her bumped back up to go to College as a favor to Clark.
