Clark is 23?

How old is Clark meant to be? How old was he when the show started he was 15 right? And 8yrs have gone since then so his 23 on the show am I right?

Yes Tom welling the actor is 31 yrs old but the character he plays is only 21/22 yrs old according to last season/through this season.

yea its a common thing in most teen drama shows/etc... shows so they dont really age to fast and all that. One show i know when it started that it actually had a teen playing a teen character was one tree hill most of the teen characters where played by early/mid 20s yr old actors and the one who played nathan i believe was actually 17 when the show started up.

Alright here's how it works.

Season 2 clearly establishes that sometime around the end of the school year Clark has his birthday. Each season = 1 year (you probably knew this)

At the beggining of season 5 epsiode three (right after Clark is caught by his parents with Lana in the house) Clark states "Dad I'm 18 years old". So clark was actually 14 at the beginning of season 1, and 15 closer to the end. Meaning Clark's age is currently 21-22 (getting close if he's not 22 already)
