How to get rid of worm!

I've used AVG, Malwarebytes, and Microsoft Security Essential. I got the spyware out, but the worm is still there. I try to look up a website on the internet, but when I click on it, it redirects me to porn or something. PLease help.

yea safe mode is where you can run all your anitspyware programs without the worm getting control over it
