Spider-Man 1YL: Peter is out of the Tower and somehow managed to keep his identity secret, sadly it cost him a heavy price: Aunt May is dead... for real this time. MJ is making more and more of a name for herself on broadway, supporting the family fully, giving peter more and more time to be Spider-Man. After a fight with MJ Peter finds himself abducted/picked up by a group of shadowy figures. Peter Parker, not Spider-Man, quickly finds himself face to face with the Mad Thinker, Dr. Octavius, Dr. Doom, and other assorted Marvel geniuses. they have seen Peter's tests, and heard Otto's testimony. they have formed a think-tank dedicated to "Deposing the moronic Champions that infest this planet" (Destroying all super-heroes). They want Peter to become a part of this, none of them knowing the truth that Peter is, infact, Spider-Man, though Dr. Doom seems to have a dangerous smile behind his mask. This would focus more on the fact that Peter is brilliant than the fact that he has spider-powers. also, more marital problems as Peter joins this Think-Tank as a double agent without telling MJ.

Captain America 1YL: Nomad revisited. he doesn't change his costume this time, but he has renounced himself. Steve, after having watched the his country attempt to destroy some of his closest friends, has become disillusioned. He was by no means naive to the sort of people who ran this nation, but he didn't believe they would so callously try to destroy his allies. In his stead, John Walker has taken back the mantle of Captain America with the utmost of smugness, with his Invaders usurping the title of Avengers.
Been done before.
Champions 1YL: Luke Cage, Spider-Woman, Ms. Marvel, Danny Rand, and Sentry, refused the Registration act, and the Avengers fell apart once more, only to be replaced by the Invaders. the former Avengers have re-established themeslves in Chicago.
Matt Murdock 1YL: No longer able to hide his identity or his powers, the world knows that Matt Murdock is the guardian of Hell's Kitchen known as DareDevil. As the dust from the Civil war final settles, Matt continues donning the costume to fight, but now his cases are growing more specialized, and they seem to become more important than his masked work. He begins to take more and more cases against Meta-humans.
Doesn't make sense. Especially with the current events in his own book.
X-Men 1YL: they X-Men are now Pariahs in both the human and mutant world. to late they realized that siding with O.N.E. was a mistake. Most of their roster is gone. only Cyclops, Emma, Colossus, Kitty, and Nightcrawler remain. the others are either dead, or have left to Genosha to rebuild the once great nation under the begruding rule of both Magneto and that guy from the 198. the 198 themselves are, for the most part, the happy citizens of Genosha, though there is disent among the ranks. the only ones there who might be able to sort things out are the X-Gene Security Enforcers. X.S.E. is back in buisness. still headed by Bishop and Sage, they are followed by Arclight, Mammomax, Leech, and Cannonball. among the dead are Beast, Husk, and Dust.

Iron-Man 1YL: having chosen to play both sides of the field during the war, Tony nearly lost everything. The only friend he has left when we rejoin him is Brodie, back to pull him out of the bottle. thats right, Tony has relapsed into severe alcoholism.
Fantastic Four 1YL: a new challenge has been added to the lives of Marvel's First Family; Luna Maximoff. Crystal has asked that her long time friends look after her daughter, who is banished from Attilan because she illegally used the Terrigen Mists. in exchange, Crystal is sending them gold from the royal vaults, drops in the bucket to them, but enought to get the Richards out of debt and then some. Laying in the infirmary of the Baxter Building by the way is Namor, comatose. no one knows how he got that way, but his vital signs haven't shown improvement since he was admitted sixmonths ago.
Guardians of the Galaxy 1YL: after the distruction and chaos sown by Annihilation, many have chosen to band together. Nova, representing many species who submitted to the authority of the Nova Corp, Hannah Connover Queen of a large family of moderatly docile Brood, Kl'rt new Emperor of the the New Skrull Empire are trying to build tentative alliances. sadly there are those that would oppose peace. the Kree, the Shi'ar, and the rest of the Brood are determined to bring about the end of this alliance. the wild cards? The Silver Surfer still rides the space-ways, as does the Unitified Empire (A collaboration of Skrulls and Majesdane forces under the rule of Xavin, another super-skrull).
