I found Howard The Duck to be enjoyable as a kid, but it was very bizarre to see female duck creatures with big ole breasts the first time I saw the movie.

Even though the quality of films is all a matter of opinion, and it's all about point of view....I think The Empire Strikes Back being better than Howard the Duck is as close as you can get to solid fact.

I loved the movie too i have a bootleg cd of the soundtrack and i have a almost dvd quality (in letterbox too) version of the movie on my HD that i got on accident when i was trying to get the soundtrack before i bough the cd.

The movie is a guilty pleasure of mine. I much prefer the style of the comics (RIP Steve), but I think Lucas is a bit of a stick for keeping this one off DVD. I think a good artist should embrace or at least not deny their failures. Especially when crap like the Star Wars sequels get big DVD's and the special editions.

its not that bad.

sure its not comic book accurate,

but its still a cult movie with some bloody awesome music.

i suggest people get the soundtrack by Thomas Dolby and with Lea Thompson on vocals!

some cracking songs on there.

i have the soundtrack on a bootleg CD that looks so real i cannot tell it is a bootleg. the ONLY thing that says bootleg is the missing UPC barcode on the back. i have it ripped as mp3s if anybody wants any of the songs PM me and ill hook ya up t:.

Saw it the other night for the first time. If you can get over how ridiculous it is, it's actually not a bad movie. The stop motion creature at the end looks incredible.. great work by ILM.
