I know we've only seen a brief glimpse of the movie but I get the impression that the League is going to have a similar dynamic to a group of siblings, from a humour standpoint at least. Sort of like the Ninja Turtles. Batman is Raphael, Supes is Leonardo, Aquaman is Donatello, Flash is Michelangelo, Gal is April, and I guess Cyborg can be Casey Jones just so I can keep the comparison going. Anyway, I've got a feeling that Aquaman is going to tease Flash and Batman a lot, but he'll get serious and respectful once Superman shows up. It's something that could really make Justice League a great movie if they pull it off.

Just a thought.

Seems natural. Very character based, and doesnt lower stakes. Good so far.

For me the humour is clear in its 'of that moment' variety, in the frame or context of the situation presented not in a 'heh guys, remember the **** we took last time out, this time we must make 'em laugh', wink to camera style. Its humour that is earnt, and is in character, which is important too.

Spot on.

Many of us who loved BvS and Mos worried about the humor being talked about by producers and those on set. The trailer made me feel better in that there are funny moments but its still DCEU humor and they haven't turned it into a comedy act. A lot of the funny stuff seems natural and just the characters being themselves.

So far, it's not as bad as I was afraid it will be. Doesn't feel much forced, but seems to stem from different personalities being forced to work together, making it more organic. Hopefully, that's now it will be through the entire film.

I think the humor is fine.

It's good, and it will not be a comedy movie thanks God Snyder.
I'm not worried anymore. :yay:

All I know is I want at least one scene with Mera sitting there like...

Batman = Raphael
Aquaman = Casey Jones
Wonder Woman = April
Flash = Michaelangelo
Superman = Donatello
Cyborg = Leonardo

Flipped the last 2 because from what I understood
one guy is supposed to be more uplifting without being overbearing (Donnie)
and the other is supposed to be more angsty and trying to figure out himself (Leo)

If there's a dynamic like in A1 I will be fine. As mentioned there's inevitably going to be a clash of styles between these characters. I think Aquaman and Flash are going to be given the lion's share of humorous moments.

yep. maybe i'm projecting here, but i think having affleck as executive producer this time around is a genuine blessing. i also think terrio writes great dialogue, i had no problems with delivery or lines or performance in bvs and i'm sure i wont here
