When an obvious spoof name is posting/asking about "dog porn" by his fourth post, especially straight to the admin's face, they'll probably take action 9 times out of ten. Yknow?

Yeah. Just don't be a pain. In my experience, they really don't mind fake names and fun-and-games...until you start being annoying. Then they call you on it ("Hey <User X>, stop being annoying." (Like they're clever for figuring it out and telling the world)) and ban the annoying name.
