I just did a favorite song of mine that I sound ok singing.. and since I looooove to dance, I made sure it was a danceable song.

Chaseter's audition is probably the worst audition I ever heard. He not only set back the development of music, he committed a crime against humanity and even nature.

You can't hear me, only the small dogs and the coyotes and wolves can hear the tone I sing in.

A Guest Judge will, like the Judges above, evaluate and comment on each performance for a week.

A Guest Performer will sing a song relevant to the week's theme that will be aired with the performances in the "show" thread. Their identity can be known or they can be left anonymous.

Yes I would love to be a guest judge and a performer. The finale will need performances to spruce up the two last contestants or you can have a benefit show to fight Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.

Very hard. It's hard to get a song in the first place, but to get backtracks ontop of that it's very hard. I think I'm going to drop this week cause of it.

wow dude, you sound just like Mike! hehe...awesome singing voice and i like the sn (even though i dont know what it stands for). i think you should cut back on the reverberation because too much makes people tend to sound like lambs but if you can get that straight then you'll be ace!

It is really difficult for me to figure out a song for this week. I listen to a lot of different genres of music, and I have a lot of "Favorite" songs that speak to me. I know I need to step on it, because this was a shortened week, and I only have until Monday to submit, so... Wish me luck finding something. :P

I still haven't had a chance to listen to everyone yet, but the ones I did listen to were pretty awesome! I have some stiff competition, not gonna lie! ^_^

I'm considering dropping the rule that you must have an instrumental. It's just too hard to find, and, besides, I think the competition will be just as entertaining a cappella.

Everybody should be uniform in whether they have instrumental or a capella... otherwise it might be an unfair advantage to the judges. K.I.S.S. IMO. A capella for everyone.

I noticed that there have been a few concerns about finding 'backtracks'. I've been doing some searching myself and it's not easy. I agree that the competition will be just as entertaining a capella. Just look at (or listen to, rather) the auditions.
