I have recieved a complaint from another player regarding Jewhob's posting while on Exile Island. He will recieve five votes against him during tribal council, however these are only ceremonial votes. He is safe from being voted out of the game, therefore these votes will only go against him in the case of a tie with another player in a later round

Wait...time out,brain fart earlier. Jewhob was on Exile Island and posted five times. He didn't have immunity, he was simply in Exile. He may be eligible for vote out because while he could not have votes posted against him by other players he was not immune either. I'm going to have to consult the rules and think on this for awhile. Opinions are welcome.

They were not immune, they simply were not considered to be at tribal council therefore votes could not be cast against them. I've never had a case where majority vote could be caused by penalty votes. Jewhob did not have immunity, he was simply in Exile. That is why I am considering this, as I have considered every complaint filed by a player to me this game.

I and many of the players here were under the assumption that someone exiled meant you couldn't vote for them. Almost every player here had the same thought process too.

If we have known that earlier in the game, there might be different people posting here.

And Jewhob could not be voted for. He however broke a rule that he was very aware of as he violated it earlier int he game and recieved penalty votes for it. This time however, he has recieved the majority vote through penalty votes. I am considering whether or not that makes him the person being voted out. He wasn't immune. He was simply in exile.

Note: I am only playing Devil's advocate here. I've yet to form an opinion on this...unique situation. I ask all the players to comment on this.

I think the question here comes down to is he ineligible to be voted OUT or ineligible to be vote FOR? If it is the latter, then his penalty votes can remove him from the game. I am going to dwell on this for awhile. Especially since the next day cannot start until I recieve more PMs from the former players. I will make a decision once I have more opinions from the players and Jewhob himself. I'd also like the person who filed the complaint's opinion on this more indepth. If he or she would like to PM me to keep themself anonymous that is fine.
