I'd consider Kane over Brodie or Toven without hesitation.

Being banned actually does influence my decisions quite a bit. If someone can't control themselves enough to stay on the hype, I don't feel they should be honored with such a prestigious award. In my eyes, they don't deserve it (even if I liked them personally).
