From what I have seen Hugh Jackman is a really nice guy and cares a lot about the fans, so I cant imagine how he is going to feel when he finds out the film is leaked a month before even releasing in theaters.

I thought the movie was great and will see it again opening weekend, but this is def going to hurt its opening numbers I think

On the other hand, it could generate a lot of buzz like viral ads are supposed to do and get more people to go. Think about it; anyone who is a big enough fan to look for and download the movie is probably a big enough fan to want to see it on the big screen.

I feel bad that he is so passionate about these films and his character when they end up being so mediocre. Same goes for Reynolds.

Bah, he still got his millions

Um... not really. From my stance.

Better go see it 3 times then.

I agree Reynolds Deadpool was ridiculous, he was in the movie for maybe 6 minutes tops, then we got that other guy I wont even call deadpool.

I also wish Gambit used his cards more, but I guess it makes since... I mean why carry cards around?

Jackman worked with FOX on 3 x-men movies. every movie ha problem with filming and budget if i remember correctly. he is working with them for the money and nothing else.

From another thread:

Honestly, I feel bad for Jackman. I mean he trained like a year for this movie (yeah, he's getting millions, so what), I really can't get mad at him because he seems like such a genuine nice guy, I really feel bad for him. On the other hand, it's time Fox learns a lesson.

I disagree, He seems like a good guy and to really like the Wolverine Character, stupid FOX owns the rights so I dont think he has a choice, if he wants to do Wolverine then he has to work with FOX

He was a producer...I think he knew what was going on. His character was good but everyone else's sucked.

I know Hugh was a producer and did know of alot of the mess we got. I just can't get mad at him even though Wolverine is my favorite comicbook character. I still haven't seen the film (but I will) but I can almost guarantee that the Weapon X scenes in X2 (and the soldier scene in the kitchen) were the best Wolverine scenes we've gotten.

noone is forcing him to do short movies with cameo mutants.

He produced this movie. I feel no sorrow. It's purely a career vehicle for him.

I feel bad for ME! I usually enjoy the lead up to the release of a big movie but the pirate copy has ruined that. It's going to make it much harder to avoid spoilers and what's the point of speculation when some members of the community will be eager to tell us all they know?
Maybe the non-spoiler forum can come into its own but I'll probably just try to stay away for the next four weeks.

Back on topic, yes, I feel sorry for Jackman and everyone else who has worked on this for years, only for it to be spoiled by stupidity and greed.
