Transformers: Prophecy Of Destruction

Synopsis: Three years after the events of the second film, We learn that all Decepticons have suspeciously retreated from earth without a trace. However that is not the case, Shockwave (a submarine) has been scanning the ocean floor for the lost beacon that fell to earth many years ago. He sends down Rumble who starts to crack open the floor so he can search beneath it finding the Prophecy Beacon, however his disturbance has caused tidelwaves and attracted the attention of The Autobots, we learn that Nest has been restructored with Simmons joining them and the new leader is stratergy expert HOUND! Hound, Skids & Mudflap, who have redesigned themselves after a small yellow submarine, and Ironhide go to engage Rumble & Shockwave. Rumble is destroyed but not before giving Shockwave the signal for the Prophecy. Shockwave escapes barely and heads off into space. NEST starts to investigates what the beacon was and brings in a specialist in symbology, astronomy & historical events - Sam Witwicky. We learn that Sam has excepted his fate that he will not be just a normal guy and that his place is with the Autobots helping them, he has spent the last 3 years studying the history of the planet and the knowledge he gained from the shard of the spark he got from the previous film. Sam recognises that the beacon is a percific signal alerting something of earths presence however the signal is in decepticon code that even the autobots couldnt decypher. They travel to someone who can decypher it. Glen Whitmann - a computer hacker from the first transformer movie.
Meanwhile elsewhere, Mikela & her father have a well established business at the race tracks, Mikela still has Wheelie who has become a loyal friend, plus the addition of another autobot to watch over them HOT ROD, As they get ready for the Race, we learn that a Decepticon is also at the races. BREAKDOWN, Breakdown had been sent by Megatron to destroy HOT ROD because of his destiney. However the attempt goes wrong and Breakdown is destroyed, but in a parting message he tells Hot Rod he will have to face his destiney when the prophecy comes.
Later we learn that Sam, Glen & Leo with Bumblebee, Optimus Prime and The Twins have head to the signals original location, an underground cave caused by a fallen Cybertonian spacecraft. We learn that several Autobots from the future skywarped into our past to warn us of the arrival of "Unicron - The Destroyer Of Planets" We also learn that a new prime will rise and save them all. However soon after discovering this they are attacked by Starscream with his two friends, Skywarp and Thundercracker who had been tracking the location of this spacecraft for sometime. They fight with the autobots destroying thundercracker and skywarp however Bumblebee is injured by Starscream who flies off back to Megatron.
Starscream confronts Megatron and tells him of the prophecy, Megatron asks Soundwave to make contact with it and bring it to earth so they can destroy it and harvest its power to make Energon Cubes. Megatron the askes Shockwave to take control as he prepairs to return to earth to destroy Hot Rod, Megatron knows that Hot Rod is a discendant of the Primes and knowing of the prophecy he plans to destroy Hot Rod so it does not come true.
On earth the two groups meet up to discuss Unicron. Optimus recalls how he became a Prime, to which we get a cut back scene to when he was Orion Pax fighting against the Deceptions who wish to use Unicron for there own means. However Optimus managed to defeat there leader Megatron from capturing it. And thus Orion was transformed into Optimus when it was revealed his anscesered was a Prime.
The purpose of Unicron was to harvest Energon from planets as aposed to the sun, dead planets could produce effecent energon sorces but Unicron became a single entitly and neither sided with deception nor autobot, but Unicron had a thirst for obsorbing planets and he has been wondering the galaxy ever since. However we also learn that it was Megatron that directed Unicron to Cybertron which destroyed it.
Megatron sends Starscream, Bolt and a few other lesser known Deceptions to form a diversion so Megatron could fight one on one with Hot Rod, the trick works as Optimus, Bumblebee, Hound, Ironhide and Rachet focus on fighting them Hot Rod sees Megatron and heads on for a one on one fight, However Megatron is damaged seeing how powerful Hot Rod could be and flees. However he doesnt make it far, Megatron collapses in a nearby farm which isnt really a farm but a small robots warehouse. There he meets Dr.Arkeville, a robot enginer who is using mind signals to control other robots, Megatron starts to figure a new plan. Kidnapping Dr.Arkeville he plans to create a device that will allow Megatron to transfer his Mind into Hot Rod and become the new Prime Leader of the Decepticons, The Merge making him Galvatron! To do this he realise he must put the humans, Sam, Mikaela and the rest in danager so he can fight with Hot Rod again and use this new device.
Megatron brings down Shockwave, Soundwave, Starscream, to capture three of the humans, Sam, Mikela & Leo - so it would draw out the autobots, it does they fight, Megatron plans work and he merges with Hot Rod to become a prime known as Galvatron just at the arrival of Unicron. Unicron a giant planet then transformers into robot mode and starts his plans to devour the earth. The Autobots realise the only way to stop him is to somehow reach whats left of HOT RODS mind in the combinde body known as GALVATRON to stop Unicron from destroying the earth.
Glen discovers that there is a signal that is beaming Megatrons mind into Hot Rod, and they discover Dr.Arkeville in a warehouse with the device, Captain Lennox sends a team to destroy the device which free's Hot Rides mind so he is able to become Rodminus Prime. As Rodminus with Optimus they enter Unicrons mind and try to reason with it, however Megatron follows them and a battle occures. with workstations destroyed Unicron starts to get pulled into the suns gravataional pull. Optimius and Rodimus manages to escape but Megatron is trapped inside of Unicron and is believed to have died. Leaderless, Starscream is made in charge and the decepticons flee the solar system.
Now they are truely free from the deceptions reign.
The story ends with Mikela and Sam getting marrid, with autobots being guests at the wedding, with Wheelie coming down the isle with the rings. But just as the vicar asks for any objections, Bumblebee puts his hand up Iron Hide puts it down then Bumblebee sulks.

He spelt "Rodimus" wrong. Every time. "Rodiminus".
and why DOES he KEEP using random CAPITALS for SOME characTERS?

He uses Galvatron. AND Thundercracker.

Sam gets married even though he's CLEARLY supposed to be only about 17. Wouldn't you have to be, like, 4 years older?

The script seems to write the end of the film series. Yet Screamer survives.

How useful and unnoticable are the Twins as a YELLOW SUBMARINE.


On top of all that, this guy says that this is actually what will happen. He says he thinks he's "figured it out".

Give me a break.

Absolutely brilliant. It may not be confirmed, but I would love to see this for the third film. Amazing, you should be the writer!

You didnt read it very well. It says that i takes place 3 years after the 2nd movie so Sam would be almost 21. Starscream surviving does pose a question, but not enough to ruin the rest of the story. And it would be kinda cool/funny to see the Twins as a yellow submarine, it's also a minor part story-wise. And if you question Starscream being alive, why would you question Shockwave dying? You don't count the games as canon. Most of the Constructicons in ROTF showed up in the first TF game. And the game sucked terribly anyways.

I'm just saying, I don't think they should be married in the third movie of a series that is most likely going to have more than 3 films.

It seems the story ends even though the Autobots and Decepticons are still fighting? In order for the series to end, Starscream AND Megatron have to be dead. It only makes sense.


I'm only questioning whether Shockwave's death is canon or not. You know how tie-in games can be.

I don't have a problem with the entire story. I just incredibly dislike how this guy thinks he's "figured out" TF3 when even the WRITERS don't know what they are going to do.

Megatron and his faction also tracks down Sam to discover if he knows something, leaving the Autobots with four missions: Protect Sam and his friends, fight Megatron's faction, fight Starscream's faction and find the Energon before the Decepticons use it to destroy Earth and conquer the Universe.

Well Shockwave in Bay's movieverse is not dead.

And if the series ends with all Decepticons dying, then Autobots would have to leave Earth, since it'll just be pointless for the Autobots to stay on Earth.

I would like the series to end with us knowing that the battle is still going on. Not a happy ending with all evil dead and gone.

Why do i always have to defend everything i write...

Firstly - I am not great with the history of the transformers. But i know story structer. So think of this as the ulternative universe verson of what the 3rd movie could be.

Secondly - This is only a synopsis as i didnt want to write page after page of a complex story, so i summed alot of it up.

Thirdly - Sam was 16 in Transformers 1, Transformers 2 was set 2 years later making him 18 - the age to start college, my movie idea takes place 3 years after that making him 21. The reason i though it would be good to have Mikaela and Sam marry at the end is to show conclusion to his and her story. First movie - they got together, second movie - they had trouble but the love brought them closer together - Third movie is 5 years since they first meet logically they possibly considered marriage at a young age.

Forthly - Why does Starscream survive... I'm a big fan of Trilogies and with Trilogies they end on a third movie, but its always left open to a possibility of a forth, Its rare they make a forth but its always possible. I always figure that these characters never die, they just find new ways to always be returned. Look at Megatron, he was dead at the bottom of the sea in the first movie and alive by the end of the second. I felt that Megatron had to reach the Galvatron status by the third movie, he techically was when he returned from the depths of the sea in the second movie, but it was down played and i kind of felt Megatron was on a leash. to the Fallen... Now with the fallen gone, and with the chance to become the new iconic prime status leader of the deceptiocons why wouldnt he, But hes using his opening Gambit, if it fails he fails. So he has to die along with alot of his loyal subjects... But Starscream isnt loyal and a coward, so why wouldnt he still be alive by the end of the movie... personally i think it would be good on the bases that it leaves open the idea that we could have a forth movie.

Fifthly - The Transformer Games are not canon to the movie

Sixthly - I quiet liked the twins in the second movie and i thought that was clever how two of them combined to be one vehicle so i thought we dont have a submergable character and as frenzy and shockwave was going to be underwater then we need a submergable character then i thought of the twins as a perfect mix for that.

Seventhly - not all the decepticons die... the idea is that most of the loyal Megatron followers die, Those like Shockwave, Soundwave and whoever is left under Megatrons rull. Where as Starscream wants to rebuild the empire so thats why he and probably a few other decepticons fly off leaving the doubt with the autobots that there still out there, leaderless but could return.

Eightly - sorry bad way to title the topic, i didnt mean i figured it out, what i ment is i believe i can see where Michael Bay would go with the movie following Transformers 3.

If i could explain my idea better you would see it how i see it.

But let me explain the path of several characters...

Megatron - in the first movie you are lead to believe he is the leader of the decepticons however The Fallen was Megatron's leader. However with the fallen gone, Megatron will be looking for his own brand of revenge and as Megatron and Optimus Prime are around the same age you would figure the legend of Unicron would be the perfect tool. However, Megatron is consumed with Power, he wants to rule all but isnt even in the catergory as a prime. So if he was offered the chance to become God Like, he would take it. So that is what is driving Megatron.

Soundwave & Shockwave - are two loyal servants of Megatron, Shockwave is as powerful as Megatron is but doesnt quiet have his drive to become leader, where as Soundwave is phsyically weaker but has intelligence, which makes him more the advisor. So both would fight alongside Megatron even to there death.

Starscream - has been more focused on the end game plan and that is energon harvest. He sees that his people are dying - new borns dont have enough energon to be born and thus he believes the decepticons mission is more centered on energon harvesting, however Megatron is only partly driven by that, he is more power hungry and wants to be the leader and wants to get one over on Optimus Prime. Starscream is a coward and if Megatron asked him to fight till the end he would turn around and run.

Optimus Prime - is the leader of the Autobots, but his popularity has lead to his death and ressurection. Putting the lives of Sam and billions of others in danger. So it would be natural for him to give up his leadership to a trained stratergist like Hound and Ironhide who are perfectly capable of leading the autobots along side the Nest units. I wouldnt rule it out that Optimus would then focus more on the protection of Sam Witwicky as his mind still retains the knowledge from the allspark fragment.

Unicron - is neither autobot or decepticon, he was designed to consume planets, Bit like Galactus from the Fantastic Four comic book stories, Unicron has a simple nature, he could convert the earths core into energon which is what the decepticons need. And since they had an A$$ wooping from the autobots in the second movie a plot to destroy the planet would probably happen.

Sam - in three years and still retaining alot of the allspark fragment history of cybertron. Sam would be an expert in astronamy, symbology and earths history. He tried to have a normal life but really this isnt going to happen for him, so it would be natural for him to take responsibilty for his role as advisor to the autobots. Plus i dont think there finished with the whole archibold witwicky story. He was a major character in the first and mentioned in the second.

That is almost EXACTLY like Transformers: Energon. But without the Quintessons.

I was hoping for something along the lines of the Cosmic Rust. Would be awesome in the movie. An evil dark cloud... destroying Cybertronian metal. Would be a chance for Ratchet to show his stuff. The movie could be about the bots fighting over parts for an anitdote, each side wanting the other to be defeated by the rust. The Dinobots could come to Earth, and (as someone else came up with) could suffer a sort of "malfunction" causing them to lose intellegence. They could scan animatronic Dinosaurs in a museum. The Cybertronian metals in the Dinobots, combined with the metals in the animatronics, could result in the Dinobots being unnafected by the rust. That would give Ratchet an excuse to examine them, and so they could be on the Autobots team. Nemesis Prime would be my first pick for a villain. Throw in my picks Dirge, Nightbeat, and Wheeljack, and a few other bots and cons.

I know there's no chance this will happen. Well, maybe bits of it (nemesis, dinobots, mention of cosmic rust, etc).
