I got the Man-Thing 2-DVD set in the mail today.

Gaved my sister the money to order it online for me (no credit card for me). Got it today. Very nice dvd case. Hope the extras are just as nice. Now I need to either get a temp or part-time job, sell or option a script, and I can buy a multi dvd player to view the dvd on.

Man-Thing, imo, was a good low budget movie. Not loyal to the comic it is based on, but still good. It also looked good too. But then again, I thought Alone in the dark was a okay mindless piece of entertainment.

Wrong. You see a few clear shots of Man-Thing... but not enough.

There's a 4-DVD set of Alone in the Dark. I thought at first this was bs, because I've only seen a 2-disc set, reg DVD, and Director's Cut available to buy overseas. I checked it out and...disc's 2, 3, and 4 just have the PC game Alone in the Dark: The New Nightmare. That game is from like 99 or 00.

That is the link for the Dutch 2-DVD set of Man-Thing. It is region 2 and has english subtitles or soundtrack.

btw i just watched it for the first time on dvd. the first time i saw it on the sci-fi channel.

The only thing good about that dvd is the interactive main menu.

Well the only real differences are the gore,the language and the boobs at the start of the movie. other than that there the same.

I think it's ok to watch a bad movie so long as you know you're watching a bad movie. I love Showgirls. That movie sucked.

I don't see how they (Dutch Film Works) couldn't fit the extras and movie onto one disc. The extras are only 78 minutes or so.
