A similar thing happened to me, I went and spent a bunch of money only to find out that the bank caught their mistake and I was out my unmitigated fortune.
Tough call with 3 Grand... I say transfer it to savings and wait for a while. that way if they do eventually catch their mistake you might make some interest?
