Go ahead and just take your wallet out and just dump the money out. I love owning a house, but there is ALWAYS something that needs to get fixed or replaced. Just today I had to get my Air Conditioner worked on.

I'm curious how houses are financed there. My girlfriend sells real estate and the problems in the mortgage industry here have hurt real estate sales. She told me that most people get a 30 year mortgage. Is that how it is there?
