In addtion to the other common phrases I have a dismay for, the above in the subject line is one that particulary grates. It was a little annoying when girls would utter the comment in response to a complaint with, "I know, riiiight?" But now I see grown men actually using the phrase, and it frightens me so. You ever see a 40 year old man actually respond to a debate with "I know, right?" You'll never be the same again.

Though it never reached the popularity of "As if!"
