The Avengers I officially want to see this more than Dark Knight Rises

TDKR has no Joker / Ledger. I think that was the allure for the last film. TDKR is going to be a great film, but the truth is Avengers captures the spirit of a comic book more than TDKR. It will be a more fun, popcorn flick full of great one liners. And the fact that NOTHING like this has ever happened before where you take the main characters from four different movies with the same actors (except for Hulk) and put them in ONE movie together that literally ties up all the movies into one giant epic awesome fun franchise.

Plus I'm a bigger fan of Robert Downey Jr than Christian Bale.

I already saw this movie...so I officially really want to see The Dark Knight Rises since my Avengers fix has been satisfied.

And for those crybabies on this thread complaining like women about avengers / dark knight comparisons - that what makes the discussions FUN. I remember in 2008, I loved seeing all the Iron Man vs. Dark Knight threads. It educated me on different aspects of the film that I never thought about.
