Apt Pupil - Heard good things
Double Dragon - One of the worst video game adaptations
Natural Born Killer - One of the sickest movies ever!!

Not batting 1.000, but not the worst either.

They did have a point about people flaming the film without any real proof.
I'm prepared to give them the benefit of the doubt, until I have something to complain about. If Welker gets cast. Then i'll be all set to wave a small transformers flag come release day.
DeSanto also had a point as far as getting the fans to get non fans into seeing the film. If we do get a film we can enjoy, but only fans go. There won't be any sequels to see all the cool characters we all like.
The X-men examples fell on deafs ears for me. I hope Transformers is a better adaption than X-men was. Ouch.

Three ... He touches the Iron Man movie project. I will seriously burn his house down.

He kept looking up in the sky when Desanto was telling his childhood memories of the TF. Most of the time he had this glazed, I-DON'T-UNDERSTAND-WHAT-YOUR-TALKING-ABOUT look. Rewatch it and look at him when Desanto was talking about Headmasters, Beastwars, etc. Murphy had this ... WTF? Look.Most of the interview was Desanto doing damage control and Murphy farking it all up. When Murphy talks look at Desanto he has this **** look, then Desanto has to clarify most of Murphy's statements.

THIS VIDEO WAS COMEDY GOLD. This was better than "Who's on first?".

Nobody... including harcore fans want "them to look just like G1."

X-Men comparison I don't think makes any sense. I'd say the Master of Universe 1987 makes A LOT more sense... for lots of reasons, which I know all true fans "get." That and Godzilla 1998.
