It's from a still from T2.
I don't think he by any means would be right for the role, but I do think that
they have to have someone really big and with a real strong jawline in order to get any real resemblence to the comic counterpart.

I'd kinda like his costume to look something like this.

Its not the best manip, but you get the point. And he's not supposed to be wearing a capet:. I would like them to use the thick rubberish material used in costumes like nite-owl and batman but with a "scale" pattern like this.
