Storm, Magneto & Jean.

I'm really pleased with the Magneto spin-off, but would love to see a spin-off for either Storm or Jean, because the past both of them have behind them would be extremely interesting on screen.

Feel free to attack the Storm 'fanboy' now.

I agree.....although, she doesn't really have much of a backstory and they ****ed up the whole Mystique/Rogue thing in the first movie....so there's not a whole lot of possibilities, but the writers could always make something up.

Actually what they could do is have her leave Xavier's after the cure and show her getting her powers back, accidentally taking Ms. Marvel's powers, permenately. They could show her running into Mystique and forming a wierd friendship or tolernace(sp?) because they are both getting there powers back. Rogue would be confused with a new person running around her head and getting her powers back and Mystique helping her out before they go their seperate ways, to the X-men and Brotherhood.

You could do a de-facto Kitty/Nightcrawler spin-off in the UK and call it Excalibur. Just include Muir Island.

i'd say a jean/cyclops thing would be interesting. for several reasons

•not that i don't like wolverine, but we really just got kind of a lopsided triangle between them. i mean the obvious focus was on jean and wolverine as a couple and it never focused on the fact that she also loved cyclops. It would be cool to see jean and cyclops for a change.
•cyclops and jean are great characters that from what i've seen are very popular with followers of the movies. (not saying other characters arent)

i would love to see something with jean though. i admit im a little biased because jean has been my favorite from the start and my second favorite character in a movie (just second after indiana jones, gotta love him lol, and tied with atticus finch).

I'm a little unsure about these spinoffs. I would prefer we just continue the series. I'll have to see how the wolverine one is. I'll probably see Magneto no matter how the wolverine one is.

Other people who might be interesting: Storm, Mystique. A lot of people say nightcrawler. He's not exactly myfavorite but he could draw a big crowd if done right.

A Rogue and Mystique spin-off would be amazing.

Plus, if the powers are coming back slowly but surely, as Magneto's scene at the end of X3 may indicate, it could mean that as Mystique's come back slowly, first only her skin goes dark, and her hair goes red, so she looks like her comic counterpart, instad of like a reptilian. Then she could go onto her usual form.

Cyclops. And have it start off from the moment his dad throws him and Alex from the plane on one parachute. It'll have to cover those pivotal moments in the orphanage where he learned self-control.

Before it was announced I would have said a magneto spin-off for sure, but now that is in the works I would like to see a nightcrawler one. It could be set either pre-X2 or Post X-2 either one would have good story options. If they did it pre-X-2 it could go down the path or nightcrawlers past, his birth and abandonment, him joining the circus and then how he came to be under strykers control. It could explore a number of emotions from his excitement at his powers to his heartache as he longs to find companionship.

If the went post X-2 it could go down the route of him becoming a priest or as someone else mentioned it could show his connection to mystique and rogue.

I just want to see some more "BAMF"

Agreed, there is so much you can do with the character, his powers are up there with the best IMO and the depth of his character and personality would give script writers plenty of ideas for great scenes and dialogue. I would love to see more of the humorous nightcrawler, we didn't really see that side of him in X-2.

I would definatly like to see a rogue spin off ..... one where the main story would be that she does get her powers back but in the process she forever absorbs flight and some strenght ..... main villians would have to be someone new.....
