Maybe I'm wrong, but from how she's done her job so far I really get the impression that she'd handle the domestic side of the Presidency very well. I.

And what exactly has she actually accomplished that would give you this impression?

Honestly....if it get's Obama out of the White House I'd be willing to settle for a Republican again. I'm that desperate.

I have no reason to expect that would be any improvement whatsoever.

Yeah I am in no way a fan of some of the things he's done as President but considering the alternatives on the other side I would still vote for him again. With the way 2016 is shaping up I would say that will remain true in 2 years as well especially considering the only somewhat moderate contender looks to be DOA.

I don't know why...but I kind of like Boehner...does that make me sick?

I like the work she's done on the banking committee, I like the bills that she's written and introduced, she's passionate, she's intelligent, she knows the law, and her politics align with mine closer than basically anyone else in the federal government. From what I've seen of her, she seems to be that she would have a legislative agenda I would be happy to support, she would be conciliatory when needed, she wouldn't back down from a fight, and she'd have the intelligence and savvy to win a few victories.

However, foreign policy, and matters of commanding the military and dealing with internal and external security are clearly an unknown factor with her. I said early on, this is mostly a liberal fantasy of mine, I understand that it's unlikely to happen and that even if it did happen there's a fair chance that it wouldn't play out the way I'm imagining it.

Yes it does. Boehner is very nearly the worst.

I'm going to do a write in ballot of "no one".

Sounds like you care more about personalities than policies. I'm tired of Obama too. But then I think about the Bush years and I realize it could be a helluva lot worse.

I don't think inexperience is Obama's biggest flaw.

It's that he's a wolf in sheeps clothing.

No on both accounts. Obama's biggest flaw is his aloofness and unwillingness (or inability) to connect with lawmakers in congress or the general public, which means he can't build support for his policies privately or publicly. When you look past his great oratorical abilities and sweeping speeches, the fact is he can't connect like Clinton or Reagan could. He's at a natural disadvantage being the first black President, but it's made harder by his refusal or inability to communicate with those who disagree with him.

Me. I would choose myself to be your next President. Yes, I am Australian, but in this thought experiment I would find a way.

My first policies would be bringing some of my own country's policies and systems: I would establish universal healthcare, utilise the preferential voting system, and give greater allowance to minority parties to establish themselves. I would also take away your guns. All of them. Oh, and change prison laws, because I still don't get how you have that many prisoners.

I voted for Elizabeth Warren. She is fighting on the side of justice, and I like her background of having started as a conservative but seeing the light upon analysing the data.

Hilary. Only because I want to watch all the sexist *****bags squirm

Just don't think of all the people who might not vote for her as sexist. That would be like calling anyone who didn't vote for Obama a racist.

Well a vocal minority will say terribly misogynistic things if Hilary becomes president just like a vocal minority said racist things about Obama.

Yet that's apparently true in some respects.

1. Bernie Sanders 2. Elizabeth Warren.

Ted Cruz legally can't run for President since he's Canadian...thank God!

I do find it amusing that Obama isn't being bipartisan enough when he basically proposes republican ideas in the first place and the gop shoots it down. Also amazing no one remebers the gop publically stating their number one priority is making Obama fail and a 1 term President. I think that right there would be a red flag that it isn't Obama' fault.
