If you had to pick-up one title with Batman

I'm just about to start my DC Comics collection with this 52 relaunch so I'll be getting everything in the batman circle with the exception of batwing.

but if you have to pick one then i'd go with batman cause it's the one named after him.

Which is even more annoying because Catwoman already had a sidekick in Hollie Robinson

Except Hollie was actually a fun and interesting character that was enjoyable to read about and didn't have a terrible costume

But she has the devil's red hair.

I'd wait until Batman, Inc. relaunches in January under Grant Morrison. Which is actually what I'm doing. I'm skipping all the Batman comics for the main relaunch in September.

snyder's plans for bruce just sound generic....i'm gonna wait for the conclusion to morrisons run, and then leave the batbooks.

I might take a look at Batgirl, but I'm guessing Gail's gonna make her her personal pet character like geoff johns does hal.
