The binding scenario is:
a) Two studio movies per year
b) Another join-production movie is allowed.
c) Sony still has Spider-Man, and Fox only has the X-Men & Fantastic 4.
d) Avengers members schedule in 2010 and 2011 is still on course.

My moves
2010 - Add Frank Miller Daredevil (joint production movie)
2011 - Push Hulk 2 as a joint production movie with Universal.
2012 - Introduce Hawkeye & Black Panther as Studio movie. Ghost Rider 2 with Dan Ketch as joint production with Lionsgate
2013 - Iron Man 3 and Thor 2, Moon Knight as the smaller join production.
2014 - Captain America 2 and Nova/Guardians of Galaxy movie, Cage/Iron Fist as the smaller production
2015 - Silver Surfer and Annihilation/Thanos movie, Ms Marvel as the smaller movie.

Sony:
Push them to make Spider-Man until #5 (2011, 2014).

Fox:
Push them to make Deadpool and another Wolverine.

Well, It looks like they are on track, for the most part. I would bring serious work to the Cloak and Daggar and Black Panther projects.

I've just finished a Jessica Drew Spider-Woman script. I'll greenlight it with Doug Liman as the director. But as this is my baby (or at least as much mine as Wolfman's, Claremont's, and Bendis') I'll be a very hands on producer.

A Cable movie, difficult to think of a plot but I would like this.
DareDevil with no Elektra
Wolverine 2
X-Men Origins: The beginning of the X-Men and the Brotherhood, completely focused on Magneto and Professor X drifting apart.
X-Men 4: A new beginning. With Mr. Sinister as the villain.

Leave Blade alone.
Maybe redo Ghost Rider with no Nic Cage
Leave F4 alone.
Possible Deadpool movie...

I love that someone else brought up a Nova movie. He is a great character and deserves a movie. I mean if Ghost Rider can get a movie why not Nova? The tag line sells itself. I really is "Star Wars meets Spider-man." I anyone doesn't believe what a great character Richard Rider is they need to read the entire Nova series Marvel is producing right now. It really is one of Marvels best books.
I also feel that a Heroes for Hire movie is the way to go instead of individual movies. Marvel would stand to make more with them together than seperate IMO. I wouldn't want a comedy, but you could play up the differences between the two like in Lethal Weapon.
Get the heavy hitters out of the way(CAp, Thor, Avengers) then get on Nova and HFH.

2010: Iron Man 2 (April), Ant-Man (August)
2011: Thor (May), Spider-Man 4 (May) Magneto (August)
2012: Captain America (May), Avengers (July)
2013: Hawkeye (February) Iron Man 3 (May), Nick Fury (August)
2014: Iron Fist (February) Captain America 2 (May), Thor 2 (July)
2015: Avengers 2 (May), Black Panther (August)

Yeah, Nova is a good, promising character.

Nova -> Silver Surfer -> Guardians of Galaxy -> Cosmic event is what I thought about having another Avengers-like film in the future.

2010: Iron Man 2 (April), Ant-Man (August)
2011: Thor (May), Spider-Man 4 (May) Magneto (August)
2012: Captain America (May), Avengers (July)
2013: Hawkeye (February) Iron Man 3 (May), Nick Fury (August)
2014: Iron Fist (February) Captain America 2 (May), Thor 2 (July)
2015: Avengers 2 (May), Black Panther (August)

WTF

Umm . . . if Avengers comes out in 2011 and its a hit, no reason to wait until 2015.

I want them to move Avengers and Cap to 2012.

That way Thor can have more promotion with Cap's May 2011 slot, and Cap can snag the May 2012 spot. I've given my reason as to why I think Cap should be the same year as Avengers.

2010: Iron Man 2
2011: Thor
2012: Captain America + Avengers
2013: Iron Man 3, Thor 2
2014: Captain America 2
2015: Avengers 2.

I didn't stutter did I?

I think the first move is to get better control on the development process...look at Pixar or DWA...they chug and churn along...the fact that Marvel has nothing in 2009 is a serious blackeye!

2010: Iron Man 2 (April 30th), Thor (in July)

2013: Daredevil (May opening weekend), X-Men 4 (June),
2014: Iron Man 3 (May Opening Weekend), Luke Cage (July)
2015: Avengers 2 (May), Spider-Man 5 (June), Deadpool (August)

2010: Iron Man 2 (March), Spider-Man reboot (September)
2011: A Daredevil reboot all green-screen (March), Inhumans (July)
2012: Nick Fury (March), Deadpool (July)
2013: Young Avengers (April), Daredevil 2(August)
2014: Iron Man 3 and Spider-man 2: Electro (?)
2015: Deadpool 2 (?)

2010: Spiderman(Sony reboot), IM2, Thor
2011: Venom (Sony), X-Men: Professor X, Captain America, Nick Fury
2012: Avengers, Deadpool(Paramount), IM3, Silver Surfer(Fox)
2013: TIH2, Frank Miller's Daredevil(Sony), Captain America 2, X-Men:The First Class(Fox), Spiderman 2
2014: Thor 2, Black Panther , Cable(Universal), Dr. Strange(Loinsgate)
2015: Nick Fury 2, Avengers 2, Silver Surfer 2(Fox), Deadpool 2(Paramount)
Wait! You want superhero movies to be made by Fox? What happened to this world:huh:

I doubt Silver Surfer will happen (WITH FOX). I don't know why Fox let the 2010 slate slip by. Summer 2011 is already jam packed so 2012 is the only time to do it and I don't think they'll come back to it. Plus wasn't the deal 3 films maximum? So it's not like Fox would be extending the rights to FF franchise just by making one more film. Anyhow... 2010 would have been perfect for FF3/SS as far as SCHEDULING purposes. But now I think they are just going to concentrate on X-Men and the spinoffs.
