I hope to god it's not Venom/Brock. What's the point of totally reducing him to pile of ash if your planning on brining him back? That would be the worst cop out just to milk more from a charcter who pretty much reaches the end of his arc. The only charcter I can see returning is Sandman and although he doesn't actually "die" his fate is left very ambiguous.

What else are they going to do with Venom? He's a one trick pony. Bringing him back just to have another crack at Peter again is just rehashing SM-3.

And from what we've heard with Sandman's ending, his dilemma regarding his daughter is left unresolved.

why are alot of people saying it's venom. we know that sandman disappears in some kind of a sand cloud which leaves his death up in the air. i think it's obviously sandman....aka sam and tobey's favorite villian.

all the spiderman films so far had a central emotional plot, which is why they're great films

sm3-forgiveness

every single villain ties in with the emotional plot, and the only thing carnage can tie into is mindless
