Tried again today...

Target had a grand total of ONE copy of TIH on the shelves...I kid you not. :wow:

Best Buy only had the 1-disc and aren't expecting another shipment of 3-disc until Saturday.

That's it...i'm gonna start preordering my DVDs. :cmad:

I have it :)

do you have the music where he grabs the police car as gloves? it was the same music as the opening montage where ross is smoking a cigar, and i think the credits start with that music? is that the one he was talking about? i was wondering if you had that. I love that music.

the music overall was really good in this movie. the music in anglee's hulk wasn't bad, but it got kinda old and repetitive towards the end.

When I went to Target, the little display they had was filled with the different versions. Didn't look like they were running low.

As for the DVD sales, you can bet your asses that Marvel is thinking about it now. I wouldn't be surprised if they stepped into high gear and decided to release another movie before "The Avengers" to be honest. :D

*whistles in amazement* So uh Marvel, how 'bout that sequel?
It's not that amazing compared to others (like Iron Man), although if that number holds up and sales continue decently, its DVD sales could be higher than its domestic gross :hehe:

I have the entire soundtrack along with Iron man

Well they should decide now!

I think it'd be stupid to recast anyone we got in TIH, for the sole fact I'm against recasts when there are an actual group of talented people on board. Tyler's Betty had more emotion, was closer to the comics, and actually cared for Bruce, unlike Connelly's Ross. It's all up to personal preference, but I'd love for Tyler to return, and with more lines.

Btw, this may be a little off-topic, per se, but was Major Sparr killed or just unconscious?

I don't know about that I mean, including Avengers you're talking about 5 movies in a 3 year span.

:wow:

I don't think Marvel would mind doing that, now that they're starting to see how incredible the Hulk is. :D

See what I did there?

I don't think there's really any chance of a pre-Avengers TIH sequel, just like I don't think there's any chance of pre-Avengers Cap or Thor sequels.

It was just wishful thinking, but I definitely think a Hulk sequel will be on their plates now. They sold close to two million copies, but you also have to take into account the people who don't buy DVD's and rent. That's A LOOOOOOT of money....

I definately agree with on recasts and regards to Liv. I havn't seen much of Jen's work but I own a lot of Tyler's movies and for once I never thought I'd see Liv in a comic-book movie adaptation. I can say the same about Edward Norton and Robert Downey Jr. Heck, even Gwyneth... *sighs*

Whos major Sparr?

General Ross' 2nd in command....the one Blonsky knocks out in Stern's lab and refers to as a b**ch.

There just isnt enough time for a sequel to Thor, Hulk, or Cap. I think.. well hope at least that Marvel built it this way deliberately to all connect togther for the Avengers movie.

However, after I got out of the shower I was thinking what if the movie ended with Banner smirking while his eyes glowed green. I think the movie should of ended that way thus moving the scene with General Ross and Stark after the credits.

Would have been cool...since Iron Man ended with Tony Stark as himself, not in the suit that is.. and with TIH, the movie should have ended with Banner as he's smirking and his eyes are glowing green. hehe. Ah..parallels..

That's bothered me since I saw the movie in the theater. That stuff should always come after the credits.

You know, all this love towards IronMan....i don't see it. Sure it was a well put together movie, but after i saw it one time in the movie theater, despite enjoying it, i had no desire to see it again; nor have i since. I dunno, it's just not all that hot to me.....

Major Sparr is Ross' second in command, and I was wondering if she was knocked out, or killed by Blonsky. I guess if she was killed Sterns would've freaked out.

that's where i do all my deep thinking also...and when i'm on the can. looks like the bathroom is my meditation room.

i agree with it and i think that would have be a cool way to end it, especially since they are trying to connect the films together.

For anyone who watched the special features, and saw them talk about how they created the Hulk, did anyone see the grey Hulk model they had? It seems that Leterrier may have considered having the grey Hulk in the movie at one point.

Me neither. Out of the two which I've purchased on dvd, I've watched IM perhaps twice within 2 weeks and in less than 24 hours, watched TIH 5 times.

It is better. :word:

I actually haven't even bought the IM DVD yet. As for TIH DVD, I've watched it twice; once on Saturday when I first got it, and then again on Sunday. I might watch it again tonight, it's just such a damn good movie.

Have there been any reports on how well the DVD is selling? I just hope it sells like hot cakes, this movie deserves it.

It is such a good fun action movie and it really deserves to be as big a hit as possible.
