Possibly, but the Asgardians have stated it's not wise to keep 2 Infinity Stones so close together. Doesn't Heimdall have the Tesseract anyway? I doubt he would be guarding two infinity stones.

Givin black panther mythology about the afterlife and his statement about death being more of a stepping off point in combination with feige saying the BP movie will play a big part directly into infinity war, id say the soul stone is in wakanda. Maybe under a vibranium mound.

It's already confirmed that the soul stone will be in Thor ragnorok it's implied because it's supposed to set up the events of infinity war
