I like to think I have Irish ancestory but it's never been proven. I know I have Scottish and Welsh ancestory though. I do have an affinity for Irish music, culture, history, myths, etc. though.

No, its not. Amber is like yellowish-brown and the Irish are known more for light colored eyes, usually light blues and/or greens.

Though, now there really isn't any one color associated with being Irish anymore, just like most Irish people don't have red hair anymore.
