But it's more important to have someone who can pull of the emotions, and actually believably act, as opposed to having fighting skills because there's a reason stunt doubles exist.

Thats just it though - I'd prefer them not to cut to a stunt double when the character is performing a complex move, hence why I said I wanted an ACTOR who also practised martial arts.
