So can we officially rule out that the comic-con footage is on the blu-ray?
I was looking for this, but couldn't find it. What's the path you follow? All I found was that BD Live does pop up right now it's not so I'm checking it again.
No path was followed I came out the vault and BD live was in the extras right under the vault and the previsualization and animatics . I registered with the BD live on the DVD and when I went to BD live it had some kind of trivia thing but everything was blank . I just checked the blu ray again and it hasn't popped back up yet but the space is still under the animatics just is blank right now . My guess is maybe they are updating the feature I really don't know . Sure hope it pops back up soon though.
iTunes offers something interesting with a digital copy of Iron Man 2. It offers, in its iTunes extras, two new featurettes on the relationship between Tony and Pepper and the evolution of the Iron Man suit. There are two additional featurettes but both of those feature in the set already.
Downloading it right now. These two featurettes better not be what I was looking for from this set.
Have to disagree with you, Jersey on the making of documentary. It's very, very close to a fluff piece. There are some interesting moments, but it's just standard stuff. You want to see a real documentary with some honesty, watch "Extracting Revenge of the Fallen". If you ever wanted to see the real Michael Bay at work and see what his film sets are actually like, this is it. It's riveting stuff.
The documentary on the first Iron Man film is way better than "Ultimate Iron Man."
Yep.does the extras show the other whiplash suits? like ones that didint make the cut? and does it say anything about how powerful the mark 2 whiplash suit is?

I couldn't have said it better myself. For the most part I will only buy used Blu Ray and I typically pay around $10 for it. When I get them in the mail, there is not a scratch on them at all. So in the past 10 months or so, my Blu Ray library is up to about 65. Out of those 65 movies, I MAYBE have bought 5 that were brand new. I wouldn't buy them any other way, unless it's something that I want when it first comes out, like Iron Man 2. If any of you would like to know where I buy my Blu Rays, just shoot me an IM.this statement is so naive.
blu-ray isn't in competition with DVD. it is the next step in evolution. it's just like the transition from VCR to DVD, cassette to CD to MP3. it's not ruining the DVD, it's the next progression.
BR used to be about $10 more than the same DVD. but now the prices have gone down to where it is only about $2 more. BR players are 100-150, which used to be the price of a DVD players prior to HD invention. and not only that, unlike the other progressions i mentioned, BR can still play your old format DVDs, which means you can still keep the collection.
there is a need to upgrade because the world around it is updated. TVs are better, surround sounds are better, computers are better. the need might not be obvious now because we are still in transition.

Hell, when I went to get this on Blu-Ray, the DVD was $19.95 and the Blu-Ray, WHICH CAME WITH THE DVD AND THE DIGITAL COPY, was $24.95. Since I have a PS3, it was kind of a no-brainer.this statement is so naive.
