is any onewathing under cover boss? it new realtiy show then new season just started tonight it about the company presdient goes under cover as a emplyee . he gets to know theworker then he helps them out. itcomes on sundays at 9:00pm on cbs.

I watch this show with my girlfriend. It's fun, but if you've seen one episode you've seen them all. Boss doesn't understand workers. Boss goes undercover and does the dirty job he makes his workers do. Undercover boss understands their difficulties over the course of the week. Undercover boss surprises workers by revealing who he really is. Boss holds event with whole company in attendance announcing new changes and life-changing promotions/rewards for the workers he encountered during his time undercover.

Plus, a few things seem obviously staged, like when someone who knows who the boss really is enters the store. But like I said it's okay to watch if I'm bored. Just wish it wasn't so formulaic.
