The official "THE OFFICE - SEASON 3 DISCUSSION THREAD"

:D That was the best.

"Stanley yelled at me today. That was one of the most frightening experiences of my life."

WARNING! WARNING! SPOILERS AHEAD! WARNING! MAJOR SPOILERS AHEAD!

Silas in Greencastle, Indiana: Did you see that your unconfirmed rumor-spoiler about the Meredith Palmer Memorial Celebrity Rabies Awareness Fun Run was right?
Yep, which may unfortunately mean our Office source was also right when she said that Meredith Palmer is dead. All dead, not just mostly dead, and as you may know, there is a big difference between all dead and mostly dead. Mostly dead is slightly alive.

So, I guess Meredith bites it.

doesn't seem like a show that would
kill off a character (Ed Truck aside). I could see her getting rabies but not dying from it

I don't think that necessarily means she's going to die. This could just be another one of Michael's things where he tries so hard to prove he cares about people that he goes too far, thus making things very uncomfortable.

I could see this as Meredith calling off work because she gets bitten by a dog, and then Michael overreacting by assuming that she's gotten rabies, and then organizing a "Meredith Palmer Memorial Celebrity Rabies Awareness Fun Run" in order to raise money to help pay for her doctor bill for the check-up, not realizing that calling it a "memorial" typically refers to someone who has died.

I just saw the whole UK version of "The Office".
they way they ended the series was excellent, is very similar to the way they ended Season 3 of the U.S. version, with the note that Pam gives Jim at his interview which makes him go back to Stanford to ask Pam out. In the UK version, the note was more meaningful and touching.

I guess the U.S. version is just trying to dragg it as much as possible

Sometimes I wish they'd do commentaries on each episode of the DVDs

Well guys, bad news.

The Office has been shut down by the strike as the actors are now refusing to work in support of the union.

This strike really just makes me want to put my head in an oven. Heroes, Lost, this... terrible. These producers should realize they need the writers. Just give 'em what they want.

So I didn't realize we were still using the "Season 3" thread, BUTTTTT....

!!!NEW EPISODE OF "THE OFFICE" TOMORROW NIGHT!!! :D :D

I thought there was a season 4 thread? I'll bump it if I find it.

That dinner party episode was great. Season 3 is still a lot better so far but the episodes are getting better. I was actually crying with laughter during that scene in the chair model where Michael meets his blinddate and he tries to deny that he is Michael. His face is pricless.
