Please read the debate Comicboy. You have missed Canadian Rider's point completely. He's not advocating the closeting of gay people, he's advocating more high-profile characters being made gay, instead of 'b/c-listers' like Colossus.

Whats so wrong with the B-list, they matter just as much as the A-list, a character isnt just automatically an A-lister. Colossus is border-line A-list, the only reason he isnt is because he was dead for a couple years and fell into limbo, it's not easy to make the A-list when your dead.

I love Ultimate Colossus. I think the writers should utilize him a bit more, though. Its a wonderfully fresh twist: big muscled strong man from Russia is gay. I would love to see more of his relationship with Northstar. Such a cute couple, and how they met, priceless! That's probably one of the best scenes in that lame Sinister storyline. Go Ultimate Colossus!

everyone should just kinda coolit about colossus, sure its a breakthough that hes gay in the ultimate universe but really, just becaise of that doesnt mean suddenly he needs to have all this sexual action and all these debated about who else is. thats probably why its taken so long to have them make one in the first place, not because people wouldnt accpet it but because people would take it too far lol- hes gay. so what, a gay guy doesnt need any more action than a straight guy. i mean yeah it would be cool to see more, but just becuase* isnt a reason.

Kurt, because he's a little devil-man whose color shifts between dark-grey and indigo because colorists can't remember which universe this is. And Scott because he's gutless when it comes to putting the moves on Jean (what are those 2 things Jean won't do to him, I wonder?).
