Theres the Magneto guy, the Pyro guy, Suresh is basically turning into Hank McCoy, so on and so forth. I mean, yeah, there's only so many powers and powersets characters can have so theres bound to be overlaps, but come on. Seasons 1 and 2 had a pretty unique set of characters I thought, but now it's just getting a bit silly.

And Sylar being the third petrelli brother? Might as well call him Vulcan.

Maybe they killed the Jessica/Niki storyline but decided to keep Ali around or maybe Jessica/Niki survived the fire & went into hiding & changed her name. Her not remembering Nathan Petrelli could be due to amnesia that was caused by an injury she got during the fire etc. Her new power could be due to a side effect from taking the supposed cure last season. If it is still Jessica/Niki then hopefully they will go back & reveal what exactly happened to her. What became of her son Micha, is he supposed to be in this season, but I guess until they choose to revisit the Micha character he will be safely hidden away down in New Orleans. I've enjoyed watching Ali Larter on the show but the Jessica/Niki & Micha character storylines have ran their course for far to long so there is no longer a reason to keep them around they just need tie up loose ends with these characters & not use them anymore.

I think it's likely that they're going to reveal that Niki/Jessica is in fact dead and that Tracy is a new character. After all, the implication appears to be that she's been an advisor to the Governor (and bed buddy) for quite awhile, plus remember it's only been, what, a couple of days between the last episode of last second and the start of this one? No, I'm pretty sure it's going to be revealed that Tracy is actually Niki's biological twin sister and that both Niki and Tracy were seperated at birth and given up for adoption. And that it will be Linderman who was their biological father.

I think this whole Tracy thing is an attempt to bring back the WTF Factor of Niki/Jessica back in Season 1. For the first five or six episodes it was nothing but confusion, which made it awesome.

Theres not enough time between the Fire, and Petrelli being shot, and someone raising through the ranks as a Political Advisor. I think she is a "Clone" or Duplicate of Niki Sanders. All apart of Linderman's Plan, remember he talked about planning Micha Birth, maybe she is a dup of Sanders, or Sanders was a dup of her?
