Connect a Netbook to a PC to use the PC's DVDROM & if so then how ?

I think it can be done indirectly by networking the PC to the Netbook to allow you to control the PC via Netbook but I'm just guessing it possible since you'd be remote accessing the PC. May not be what you want though.
