Twice in the past week Facebook has left a notification saying two of my relatives have accepted my friend requested. Thing is, I didn't add them/

My parents have no idea what Facebook is, my sister doesn't have an account and doesn't live here anyway. So no one can excess my Facebook account.

I didn't add them and I would have never do so because I hardly know them.

Has this happened to anyone else?

I feel slightly molested.

You do know there are hackers using fake accounts?

Maybe your facebook account just felt bad about your lack of friends and decided to act proactively.

If it's hackers, are they nice hackers because all they did was add two family members.

In any case, I'm going to change my password.

I am not a tech wizard, but I thinks its time to get one or if it is really haunted....

Feel lucky, I lost my blackberry at one point, which apparently was logged into my facebook account constantly and I didn't have a password on the phone. Whoever stole/found it instantly when onto my account and started throwing around the n**ger word in my name all over my account.

If the two relatives are dead, then yeah you are pretty ****ed up.

Weird things are always happening to my account as well in regards to friend count, it goes up and down without me doing anything. I may need to do a clean slate.

Meet Lunar_Wolf. Your average typical 24 year old male in the year 2011. Technology is advanced nowadays. Robotic devices beyond our imagination could comprehend right now. Malt shops were once the place for young people to communicate. Nowadays, Internet message boards are the place to communicate. Although usually harmless is a program called Facebook. A place for friends to leave each other messages and keep in touch. But sometimes, it isn't so harmless. Lunar_Wolf decided to join this thing called Facebook. A lot like this typewriter and yet, very different. And well harmless initially, it would later become harmful as it took a trip along with one it it's users named Lunar_Wolf..... A trip like no other. A sometimes dangerous, unusual and sometimes harmful trip that would end up.....

Meth's a hell of a drug. Been hitting the pipe too much lately and maybe drinking and getting on facebook? So you forgot you did it?

Stop lying. I've told you about this before, you cannot keep making threads full of lies just to make your life seem more interesting than it really is. Only Canadians are allowed to do this.

I lol'd, then re-read and lol'd again.

Isn't that what the Internet is for? Taking you and your life and making it seem impressive when in reality it's not. Millions of people do it everyday. Don't make it seem like a bad thing. Working all day, putting up with people and their ********, then coming home to a mediocre dinner followed by family members you want to take an axe too. Let's, for just that little moment, seem like ''we'', the people, are interesting.

Plus, I believe I was Canadian in a previous life.

I just left that Emma Roberts cheating comment. *purs*

It is obviously Skynet that is responsible for this

Just to be safe, you better throw some holy water at your computer. That'll solve everything.

I've had notifications which have lead to nothing, obviously 'cos people had deleted what caused the notification but never heard of anything like that before.... if its saying they have accepted your friend request, are you friends with them? are they genuine accounts belonging to your relatives or not? Might be a glitch or some kind of hack... wierd.

Soak the RAM in holy water and have the pope bless the CPU, it'll be fine.
