That's one of the best. My favourite is Live and Let Die. Not just because I'm a fan of Paul and the Beatles, but for the different moods he captures. Excitement, dread and tenderness.

Live and Let Die is also my favorite, for the moods you mentioned, and also because it was the first Bond movie i remember seeing as a child. A View to Kill is my second favorite theme. Classic 80's.

I've always thought Jamiroquai would make a good Bond theme. They can tackle a 70's spy vibe.
