James Bond 24 - Part 3

If Waltz is Blofeld, will this be a recurring role? They can't have Blofeld killed off within one movie. Maybe he shouldn't even be the main villain as such but just behind the scenes pulling the strings so that he can be built up as the big bad. It would be an anti climax if Bond just gets him in the next film.

This is Blofeld...unless he's wheelchair bound and Bond is in possession of a helicopter, he should be fine :o

I would hope blofeld is recurring, yes.

Hopefully blofeld isn't a really cheesy European Union metaphor lol

Daniel Craig's 007 met Tracy in the 007 Legends game. Be nice if it happened on screen even if we know it doesn't end well.

Fleming also described Bond as looking a bit like Hoagy Carmichael, but there was "something a bit cruel in the mouth and the eyes were cold."

Hoagy Carmichael:

Dalton appears to be closest a match to that description

Would have been interesting to hear flemmings view on that had he been alive still when he was cast.

"I shall hold the world ransom for ... one miiiiillion ... euros!"

*they trade gunfire*

*Bond shoots more bullets, defeats Blofeld*

Bond: Looks like you need to work on your exchange rate.

*kisses hot girl, roll credits*

*Bond pulls a lever to unload millions of €1 coins onto Blofeld's head, apparently killing him*

Cynthia Niesahrs: James! What happened to Blofeld?

Bond: A dose of quantitative easing.

*Tastefully concealed credits-sex*

they really should have hired us to write the script for this thing

A+. We would have also accepted "Another European market crash" or "He received his bailout package. Now let me show you mine ...".

I think James Bond cries inside a little when no one laughs at his quips.

Hopefully, the rumour about Bond in Rome is true :)
It's about time, actually.

If the line "when in Rome" is not used as a pretext to Bond getting into a bath with a fruity foreign girl, the series is ruined.

Watched A View to a Kill last night. Despite Roger Moore coming across as a dirty old man, it was a much better film than I remembered. I think I would put it in the top half.

Is Quantum gone or are they bringing it back for this film?

Sir Roger Moore has every Goddamned British right to bed any young girl he desires, and treat her to a nice doner kebab before hand! :p

...Just leave out the garlic sauce...gives one terrible trouble with the loo and nothing is less alluring than a gentleman running with poo dribbling down his sock braces and into his fine Oxfords. Doesn't bare thinking about old chap! :wow:

That sounds like that Roger Moore line in TSWLM about when in Egypt, one should delve into its treasures, or something to that effect.

I think Craig needs a few more of these lines. Not the overly crass and unsubtle ones which Brosnan started getting (especially in Die Another Day) which just seemed like it was written by a schoolboy, but the cleverer ones from before.
