I think they should add stuff to give him lines, make less baby faced. Make his nose pointy and perhaps add a little to his chin to lengthen his face.

Most definitely. Most of these manips just show him with super clear bleached skin. Rimples/lines give his face more character.

I think the chances of him having those kind of prosthetics are good. Probably won't be necessary if he loses the weight though.

Everybody is doing manips of him looking baby faced with the bushy eyebrows. In those Terry Richardson ones he looks spooky and gaunt and that's the look I want for him in SS.

I think the man who became The Joker probably was handsome. Even after his accident, The Joker's face should have a striking quality to it which makes it capable of being attractive to those, such as Doctor Quinzell, who feel pity towards him. The ugliness should come from the daemonic soul behind the bleached skin, and from the lines and wrinkles that fossilize years of murderous hate and rapacious cruelty into his flesh.

Thefearmaster's is the best of the bunch. I'd still like a shorter haircut to age him up a little, but otherwise this is the direction I'd like to see them go.

Stay away from the Ledger aesthetic.

I think the Ledger look will influence this one. It's too effective and ingrained to disregard completely. Although who knows with how much ego Leto will approach this, maybe he'll go out of his way to create his own thing.

Ego is all over an actor's job. So no, obviously it's not a bad thing. To simplify: maybe he won't want to base his performance on someone else's, no matter how praised that was. Maybe he'll want this new Joker to be his own accomplishment 100%. Whether that's good or bad will depend on the result.

The lines on Ledger's forehead were very effective and simple to create. Kinda depends on whether Leto is permawhite, though.
