That top picture just reasonates with me. I really think jesse's version of Lex is going to be incredibly deep and complex. We have seen so many sides to him already in just the small trailer bits and I bet we barely scratched the surface of just how evil he will be. Lovin it!!!

Totally. And in the second picture, I feel like his face is that of a man who has lost any semblance of control over his situation. He looks like a mix of being infuriated, mortified and and scared.

I'm not sure that Lex knows either secret identity if he did he would absolutely use that as leverage against them. So maybe he does but I'm betting on the fact that he doesn't.

And all he has to do is either connect the dots left in Smallville or simply just look at Clark Kent for a split second...

Just looked through all the footage we have of Lex and there isn't a shot of him in that outfit. What i have realized though is he has ALOT! I mean, how many days/weeks/months does this movie go over?

With Doomsday in its likely Supes gets killed. Having Lex then kill Doomsday would be a twist. How to go from there to the end of film setting the stage for JL? It'd be tricky as your idea means Lex is a hero at that point.

I don't think Superman is dying in this tbh. Given we know for sure he's in JL and he seems to be at the forefront of all the concept art and the fact that the Trinity team up for the first time in this film I just can't see it. It's the Dawn of Justice, those three are the figureheads of the group. I don't see a death happening at all.

Lex will have a contingency to deal with Doomsday, I can see a scene where Batman confronts him after Doomsday is wrecking the City and tells him to give him access to whatever it is.

So I imagine although it's Lex's plan to kill Doomsdy after Doomsday has killed Superman I do not think Doomsday will be successful in that and I think they will use whatever was Lex's plan to stop Doomsday but I do not think Lex will be the one pulling the trigger.

I don't think John is saying that Lex will kill Doomsday just that is what he will have planned.
