Yeah, I believe that place belongs to Wayne. This Lex seems very modern and that place has dust, old paintings, really odd decorating for aths modern Lex etc. I both hate and love this kind of detective work. Lawd.

Believe or not some people I know were legit upset that a black guy wasn't cast as Luthor because "he was black in the cartoon"

This. The same can be said for Harvey Dent . DCAU Harvey has their most racially ambiguous designs.
