The Dark Knight Jim Gordon Email

It is almost like we need two threads everytime something happens - one to discuss the happening, and what it might mean, and another just to list the names of everyone who missed out on getting whatever it was.

If you not getting the email advances the game any, then post it. If it does not advance the game any, then quit upping your post count by complaining over and over.

Well, although I'd love to get every single e-mail they send in these games, and although I still want it to hit my mailbox, I'm not complaining anymore, as I thought was kinda stated in one of my latest posts. I said that I did not receive the e-mail just to clarify what was being said here regarding specific groups of people getting the e-mail, which I don't think was the case. Again, as I said before, there were other e-mails sent in the games and not receiveid by everyone, so this may be one of these times. I'm cool with that.

Ok, my turn to apologize, I just get so tired of seeing new posts in these threads, and then compulsively checking them out, only to find it is two pages of people saying they did not get something. I too want to get everything, but some things are just fine as long as one person gets it and relays it to the group. I am sure 42 sends these out to as many people as possible, because they have no idea on who is working together or who is working alone. If I was doing this on my own, without following the threads on this board, I would be sunk, and probably would have quit a long time ago. So kudo's to everyone for keeping it going, let's keep it going forward though and not mired down in what we did not get.

No prob. I definately agree. I came in late on the games and on this forum and i would be lost without all of you.

I just got home and realized I got the Jim Gordon e-mail. I take it something will happen with the MCU really soon...plus that Joker camera video from yesterday probably ties in with this...
 
i dont know if everyone has read the set visit from superherohype but in it describes a scene where
gordon and batman talk about the mob bank joker robbed and how all the money was marked bills that were being laundered

so i think this must be the start of that. i think gotham national bank will tie in for sure and i think it will all tie in with old jake karnassian the doc camera and the field trip to the carnival right before the movie. and i think tony and obviously betty's house of pies will fit in too

I Just Emailed Gordon About The Video - Gave Him The Date, Time, Camera Number, Etc - Hasnt Responded Yet. But Im guessing That was the Reason for It all along - -Ish Is about to come Full circle if You ask me
 
I think this may be a bit of foreshadowing of something going to happen soon.

Yes, LatinKnight said something was going to happen sometime, somewhere on some of these threads, somebody would know some stuff about what was happening next.

I don't know, that's what I was thinking. Then again, I too may also be sleepy.
And regarding the whole idea of sending specific mail to Gordon in an attempt to get a response... I don't know if it's likely we will get a response based on specific information - and I think if any info has to be brought up, Gordon will mention this automatically to push the game along rather than have us worry too much about it. That does not mean to neglect looking into everything that has been mentioned, it's just that's sort of for our own benefit so we can prepare.. regardless there will be clearer indications when they are meant to be made, and those will help us out with whatever needs to be done. I wonder if i'm even making sense now haha. I like how everything is sort of tying together right now, if you really think about it - it does seem to be. What with the joker's updates and Gordon's updates and CFB updates as well as updates on Harvey (such as him winning the election just recently) all sort of happening at the same time and then being intertwined in the way that CFB underground is focusing their attention on taking action on current crime, and current crime involves money laundering which will no doubt involve GPD work which will then possibly lead to the joker - and he seems to lead to other chaotic ideas such as a tampered carnival connected with the school... everything comes around full circle. Fun times people, everything will reveal itself soon enough
 
I haven't gotten in email from Gordon yet. Is this because I didnt participate in Op. Slipknot? Because I gave my email on the Delos site.
 
Not all e-mails sent to participants reached all their mailboxes in all games, either for technical difficulties or because they didn't send it to everyone. Like before, some of us will never receive it.

In other news, I'm pretty convinced right now that this e-mail from Gordon is something to make us keep an eye on what's going on, because something is gonna happen real soon.

Most probably, what with all of the recent updates. As I mentioned they all sort of signify to me that things are being pieced together right now which is important.
Since Barhyte got that email in his inbox of a possible stake-out to be conducted.. and we have received this email on money laundering,
I feel we will at least have something happen regarding a dangerous GPD experience in the next little while

Just to let you know I got the new Jim Gordon e-mail, but never got the phone call when I was "trapped" - probably because it was a UK mobile and cost his department too much, I guess. He must have seen some talent in me though. Cheers Jim!
 
I normally get e-mails on a certain e-mail account for all the virals, but the recent Jim Gordon e-mail I received on my work e-mail.
