The Dark Knight Jim Gordon Email

I normally get e-mails on a certain e-mail account for all the virals, but the recent Jim Gordon e-mail I received on my work e-mail.

Did you use your work e-mail in a certain place? If both your work and other e-mail are registered, maybe it's random.

I just replied to Gordon's email:

"Gordon,

Regarding the money laundering investigation, I believe I have some information for you.

I've frequented Rossi's Delicatessen for a long time now. Despite the ties it's propietors have had to organized crime. Most of the time, I don't hear anything. But lately, my suspicions have grown. I think the time has come to take a much closer look. As you know, Albert Rossi was recently arrested for his attempts to indimate voters at the polls during the elections. Then there's Jospeh Candoloro, who recently spearheaded the smear campaign against Harvey Dent. But perhaps the most interesting development is the recent news that DA Garcetti is turning states evidence. Now, we all knew Garcetti was as crooked as they come. But with the evidence that has come to light as him being "ICEMAN," It's impossible to ignore his association with Rossi and Candoloro.

I can't find the missing link that ties them all to the mob. But the Bistro will no doubt be the place where we'll find that link.

I trust that you'll do the right thing, Gordon. Hell, you're one of the few that still will."

Probably won't turn up anything. But we do know that emailing gordon doesn't get you the standard automated response. So whatever the next step is, I'd bet a dime to a dollar that it involves emailing him with the information he's looking for.

Not all e-mails sent to participants reached all their mailboxes in all games, either for technical difficulties or because they didn't send it to everyone. Like before, some of us will never receive it.

In other news, I'm pretty convinced right now that this e-mail from Gordon is something to make us keep an eye on what's going on, because something is gonna happen real soon.

You're 100% right.. but that doesn't make it hurt less. :(

I wonder if this is something primarily for the newer people? Unless that's been said already? Because I got it, too, and I got in WAY late.

Not that that'd be fair to the people who've been in the game all along...

I don't think so, I have been involved since day one and got the email.

I usually get every email. But this one I didn't receive....Maybe they have many more emails and addresses than they can handle...

I know what you mean. Even because receiving every e-mail sent from the viral websites is the only thing many of us will ever get, specially those of us who do not live in the countries and cities where the games usually take place. So, I understand how important it is to get everything. Unfortunately, there is not much we can do about it. I didn't receive Gordon's e-mail, and I joined the virals during the bowling ball hunt. Before that, I was just a spectator, cuz everything happened in the US only.

Well, I believe we will soon get another e-mail from Gordon. The whole money laundering thing will have us either find out something for him or he will directly ask us to do stuff. Either way, I just can't wait. :woot:

Me neither, let's get into the action people, woot woot.
As premiere day closes in, we can be sure to have a lot of viral fun

I'm starting to get the feeling that the resturaunt referred to in the latest episode of Gotham Tonight is the place Gordon was talking to Barhyte about.....

now to find out the name of it.

Well I e-mailed about the Gotham Girl guides and Rossi's. I got the standard response back.

emailed who? because I've emailed gordon and haven't received a response. but I imagine that's because I didn't have what he was looking for.

I'm guessing, like I said earlier, that when we do find out the next part, we'll need to reply directly to gordon's email with said information.

I e-mailed the MCU since I figured in the last e-mail he told us to report suspicious behaviour. So I submitted those two. I even put Garcettis name in the e-mail......You know now that I am thinking about it did anyone submit Garcettis name to we are the answer?

Which do you think is the one? the sushi restuarant where Wayne talks about the speeding tickets or the guy he helped at the beginning?

I went back to Glenn Barhyte's email account to see if any more emails were there from Gordon. Its says there are 80 inbox, 68 sent. when I click the Gordon email about the money laundering the numbers change to 84 and 70??? Any ideas on why?

I noticed that as well..... a possible update may be on the way, me thinks.

So, wait..... Did you get an email from Gordon? Because I'm guessing that the next step will probably require replying directly to the email he sends to our inboxes. And not just sending a random email to MCU. That's just a guess at this point though.

The resturaunt he handed the guy the title to. Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't the "owner" a cast member on Sopranos? And I mean, c'mon, if he played a ganster on that show, chances are he's gonna be playing a ganster in TDK. And he's Italian. Bistros are Italian resturaunts.

We'll see. But I'm guessing a new resturaunt site is gonna be popping up real soon.

1) I didn't get the Gordon e-mail.

2) Isn't there an article in the GT that talks about a new place opening up?

2) Yeah... Something called the "Wegstaff Room," but it doesn't seem relevant.

I got the impression from the GCN broadcast that the place we're looking for has been in business for a while.

hmmmm....

I dunno why they would use a new restaurant. Rossis has been where everything has gone down so far, Garcetti is the ice man and I can imagine he has something to do with the money laundering.

Yeah. But I am really starting to think that this could be the investigation that brings down Sal Maroni, setting the stage for the events that take place in the film itself.

If that is the case, then I doubt a mob king-pin like Maroni would spend most of his time in a low-life thug's deli. He'd have his own, high class resturaunt.

You may not think they'd introduce a new place yet. And they may not. But I'm getting a really strong feeling in my gut that that's where this is all headed. And if so, this part of the viral is gonna be huge.

Sounds good, has there been no mention for any other food restaurants. I know that the docks had a face lift.

Crap, what if thats what static is pointing too.....a new restaurant on the docks?

I don't think there'd be a resturaunt on the docks. If anything, and this is just wild specualtion, I'd say the resturaunt will tie the investigation to the docks.
