JRJR to return to ASM,also DD and Punisher

what? you mean again?? :p
Anyway, i just meant in the same way that New Avengers is a different book to previously, Spider-Man would have a new core title until things were changed back in the Marvel Universe (which they will be, of course) and then Amazing Spider-Man would start over agian from the numbering it left off from. Again, im talking ****, but i'm trying to imagine circumstances where Slott would be put on the main SM title :)

no they'll just keep ****ing it up more and more till eventually no-one buys it and it'll sit there on the shelf gathering dust all lonely looking :(

Anyone heard anything more about this spiderman event that JMS and quesada are doing after civil war. Apparently it has something to do with Ezekiel. I'm quietly weeping in a corner just thinking about it

I dunno, i hope JMS has time to pull something out of his hat (and not his ass) -- something that can compare to Coming Home -- before he leaves

YESSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!! :spidey:

Romita Jr. back on Amazing Spider-Man!

Am I dreaming?

And work with Daredevil and Punisher as well?

Thank you, Lord. You've heard at least ONE of my prayers. :p :oldrazz:

I love JRJR! He is one of my top 5 Spidey artists, it'll be good to see him return. I really liked his and JMS work in their run together, but after he left it kinda went down the crapper.

Sweet, I'll be able to read ASM and something about the Punisher with JR Jr.'s art.

dream project: Whedon and JRJR on ASM

MAKE IT SO QUESADA

Seriously, Whedon on Spidey's inner monologue? On Spidey's mid-fight banter? CREAM FOR SALE, IT'S IN MY PANTS.

I don't know, Peter doesn't really have an adolescent girl around for Whedon to turn into a super-badass or be the POV character 9 times out of 10. How's he possibly going to write anything without an adolescent girl in the mix?

Pretty good news. I enjoy Romita Jr's art, and especially on Daredevil. He captured the "muscular yet limber enough to be one of Marvel's best natural athletes" sort of quality to DD.

The return of Peter Parker's daughter!!!

No, seriously. Did you watch Angel? The best eps were the Whedon-penned and those didn't feature Cordy POV, for instance, Are You Now or Have You Ever Been, or that sweet ballerina one in season 3:o

P.s. nobody ruin anything from season 5 of Angel for me.:cmad:

Angel was my favorite Whedonverse show, especially after Buffy started blowing massive donkey balls in its last few seasons. The ballerina was a chick and we go to her POV in the episode, by the way. :p

Yeah yeah yeah you got me there. But the point is, great ep.:o

Buffy seasons 5 and 7 ruled, and while 6 was one of the weakest seasons it was still better than pretty much everything else on tv:o Plus, Once More With Feeling. Don't deny it

"Once More with Feeling" was the lone bright spot in season 6. 5 I liked fine, but I considered it the last of Buffy's really good seasons. Also, pretty much everything to do with the Initiative sucked. 7 I didn't like much, although I found that the few bits I did like were the ones everyone else hated (like Kennedy). Outside of those things, however, I liked Buffy as a whole.

4 and 6 were relatively bad. Relative to the other 5 seasons of pure awesomeosity.:o

7 was great, I liked pretty much everything about it. Conversations With Dead People:up:

You can't bring up the isolated incidents of goodness within the otherwise crappy seasons as proof. "Conversations with Dead People" was very good, yes, but season 7 otherwise sucked. Not as much as 6, but still pretty bad. I don't know whose decision it was to turn Buffy into a raging *****ebag, but the protagonist's likability plummeting into nonexistence pretty much killed the show for me. I was glad when they ended it at the end of season 7 (although certain elements of the ending also sucked).

Is JMS really leaving? If so that's great. Personally I would love to see a Kirkman/Romita run on ASM.

please Marvel will want a money-magnet to write

Whedon, please:csad:

I disagree, season 7 was great, and I still liked Buffy's character:o
