I thought Cosmic Boys appearance was pretty good. Canary and Flash was pretty useless though.

I assume Waller gets what she wants. To bring out heros from the past to join the heros of the future to protect the oncoming "Apocalyspe"

yea i liked cosmic boy's little cameo but wished he did more. i agree i hope they play a big part in the episode events and are needed. Not just used to fill time.
